- D. R. YOUNG ASSOCIATES (in association with T. J. REAGAN, INC.) served as Development Manager and Project Leader in the development of the LinkedIn Middlefield Campus, the Corporation's new LEED Platinum headquarters, incorporating three new buildings and two parking structures with three existing buildings creating a new campus on this 29-acre site. Comprehensive services encompassed securing project approvals (representing the largest commercial entitlement granted by the City of Mountain View at the time), the selection of the project team, management of the design and contracting phases and coordination of occupancy. Phase 1 includes expansive outdoor terraces, multiple kitchens and eateries, presentation spaces and a Corporate Briefing Center. The site features an extensively landscaped publicly accessible open space and a parking garage constructed with low-carbon concrete and roof-mounted photovoltaic panels.
