- As Development Manager (in association with Wilson / Equity Office), D. R. YOUNG ASSOCIATES oversaw the construction process of this highly visible, corporate campus in San Mateo. Featuring two office buildings, a retail center and adjoining parking structure, the project also involved off-site improvements to nearby roads and transit required to address environmental impact concerns. The 220,000 square-foot Concar Development was completed in 2002 and has since been occupied by Siebel Systems, Salesforce.com and other high-tech tenants.
